We want to raise awareness and encourage women to participate in a sport that men have traditionally dominated. We believe it is critical to developing an interest in motorsports at a young age, allowing this enthusiasm to blossom into a talent right from the start. Our efforts are aimed at piquing women's interest in motorsports more than ever before, and it will also help lower the barriers to entry for more enthusiasts. LATEST IN WOMEN’S MOTORSPORTS

 

To close the gender gap, Formula 1 has announced the launch of F1 Academy, an all-female racing series, in 2023.

The new category aims to increase female representation on the grids of F1's feeder series in order to help women reach the top of the racing pecking orders.

 

Scheduled to commence in 2023, the Formula 4-level competition will have a 15-car grid with five teams fielding three cars each. These teams will be established organizations in Formula 2 and Formula 3, competing in seven rounds of three races, with one round possibly occurring over an F1 weekend.
